A packaging engineer would reply within one business day with the next question or a request for artwork and product dimensions. This demo does not actually transmit data.
Before you send
Practical questions.
What do you need before quoting?
Product dimensions and weight, pack quantity, destination market, board preference if you have one, and the finish level you are considering. A sketch or existing pack photo helps, but a dieline is not required to start.
Is the 500-unit minimum real?
Yes, for a single design and a single production run. Below 500 units we can quote digitally printed samples or short-run white samples; those are priced separately and are not intended as retail stock.
Who owns the dieline and tooling?
Tooling is invoiced once and remains at our factory for repeat production. The dieline file is yours to keep. We do not reuse your structure or artwork for another client.
Can you deliver DDP?
Yes. We quote FOB Shenzhen as standard and can arrange DDP delivery to your warehouse in 40+ markets. DDP pricing depends on carton volume, destination postcode, and the Incoterm agreed at order.
